SharePoint Production Support
- Engaging with customers, users, and stakeholders to capture business processes and requirements.
- Developing and implementing custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions to meet specific business needs and improve team collaboration.
- Effectively process Tier 2-3 SharePoint service requests; troubleshooting and debugging issues with end-users remotely.
- Managing SharePoint unique permissions across various site collections using agency permission standards.
- Supporting the conversion of InfoPath forms to Power Apps solutions, SharePoint Designer 2013 workflows to Power Automate Flows, and development of Power BI dashboards for reporting.
- Assisting with the migration of site collections from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online to include modernization of applications using Modern Pages, Power Platform, and integration of other O365 applications.
- Continuously update and enhance SharePoint training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current practices.
- Providing ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:
- 3 year check for felony convictions
- 1 year check for illegal drug use
- 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
- Professional Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years technical (experiences considered in lieu of degree)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodology
- 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Specialist or SharePoint Knowledge Management Analyst
- Experience managing permissions for enterprise-wide SharePoint environments
- Experience with SharePoint Online and knowledge of Power Platform applications
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Requests
- Experience with JIRA
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience PowerPlatform applications (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Data Connections across O365 applications.
