Position Overview:
We are seeking two Journeyman Management Analysts to support inventory management and logistical operations in a dynamic federal law enforcement environment. These positions will play a critical role in maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Property (GFP), coordinating with ICE Field Offices, and ensuring compliance with federal asset management protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update asset inventories in the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)
- Support audits, transfers, shipping/receiving, and warehouse functions
- Assist with field inventory corrections and equipment disposition
- Generate reports and support SOP validation and updates
- Provide responsive user support and training on inventory processes
- Coordinate with Program Managers on system improvements and briefings
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR – 4 additional years of relevant logistics/inventory experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or asset management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with SAMS or equivalent enterprise asset management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with law enforcement environments is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Previous DHS experience
