Client Executive
Overview:
The Client Executive is a senior level position with the mandate of growing business at the Defense Logistics Agency through the J6 Command Enterprise Technology Services (JETS 2.0) IDIQ. This position reports directly to the Head of Growth and Strategy with a heavy focus on building and growing relationships at the J6 and with industry partners; understanding customer systems, applications, and requirements; and shaping strategies across technical and pricing factors.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Head of Growth and Strategy on positioning and capture, collaborating with internal resources, e.g., recruiting, and pricing
- Develop account plan and business development goals
- Interface with key senior level officials within DLA J6
- Develop sales pipeline in alignment with Xenith/TCI core capabilities
- Participate in DLA JETS 2.0 industry events
- Lead capture and proposal efforts; developing win themes and participating in color team reviews
- Minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience managing DLA programs
- Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of DLA J6 command, operations, personnel, and mission efforts
- Experience leading proposal development – specifically non-price proposal efforts.
- Experience interfacing with senior DLA leadership and understanding customer (systems and application) requirements
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of capture and/or proposal experience
