Vulnerability Management Analyst (Web Applications)
Xenith Solutions is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst (Web Applications) to join our team in support of a government contract for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.
Job Description:
As a member of the team, you will support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS) Modernization, Development, and Sustainment program. The scope of work for this requirement is to develop, deliver, test, field, and maintain applications within an iterative software construction methodology supporting designated AMC portfolio of applications. Services and products being procured are referred to as Agile Application Development in total. Services will be provided in the form of technical and support tasks associated with CAMPS MDS projects, programs, applications, and infrastructure. The overarching goal is to leverage iterative sustainment and development best practices within the framework of Government policies and procedures focused on Mobility Mission Planning and Scheduling.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
The Vulnerability Management Analyst (Web Applications) performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized information assurance problems. Tasks involve integration of scan management solutions as they pertain to IA requirements. May conduct security assessments implementing and managing IA tools. Analyzes information security posture. Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a DOD 8570/8140 IAT II certification and respective Computing Environment (CE) certificate. The CE will be computer-based training within 45 days of engagement date. Government PMO to designate authorized CE, provisioned by DoD and at no cost.
- 4 years IA experience
- Software application experience with one of the following:
- PortSwigger Burp
- Nessus
- Tenable Security Center
- eEye Retina
- HP WebInspect Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience supporting one of the following: web server, web infrastructure, web testing or web development.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP 1.1 protocol RFC 2616
- Must have favorably adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) at time of proposal submission.
